LeadOro ("we", "us") builds and operates AI-powered lead response and CRM systems for service businesses, delivered over WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and our website (leadoro.pro). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What data we collect
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, including your name, handle or phone number, and message content, so we can respond to you.
- Business contact details for prospective clients (business name, phone, email, social handles, website, location) sourced from public business listings, used to reach out about our services.
- Website usage data (standard web analytics) when you visit leadoro.pro.
How we use it
- To respond to inbound messages and questions in real time, across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
- To reach out to prospective clients about LeadOro's services.
- To keep an internal record of conversations so follow-ups are informed and consistent, rather than starting from scratch each time.
- To improve our own messaging and service quality.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising targeting outside of our own outreach.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate LeadOro, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook): the messaging platforms themselves.
- Supabase: our database provider, used to store CRM and conversation records securely.
- AI language model providers, used to help draft and understand message content.
We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
Data retention
We keep conversation and contact records for as long as reasonably needed to operate our services, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data entirely.
- Stop contacting you.
To exercise any of these, email kotikutaiye@gmail.com with your name and the phone number or handle you contacted us from. We'll act on your request within 30 days.
Data deletion instructions
If you'd like your data deleted, email kotikutaiye@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data" and the phone number, Instagram handle, or Facebook account you contacted us from. We will remove your conversation history and contact record from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access-controlled databases) to protect the data we hold.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
